I was commissioned to design the custom title lettering for "A Marble in the Jar," a documentary following the journey of Olympic silver medalist Tatiana Weston-Webb. The film is a reflection on resilience, capturing her surfing career.

To mirror the film's themes of fluidity and perspective, I explored hand-lettered compositions that feel both natural and intentional. I executed the final title in aqua-blue watercolor, using the medium’s transparency and movement to evoke the ocean environment. The resulting letterforms are elegant and flowing, designed to balance the high-energy world of professional surfing with the intimate, emotional weight of the story.
